About The North San Diego County Genealogical Society (NSDCGS)
The North San Diego County Genealogical Society is an incorporated, non-profit organization founded in 1968. Its mission is to encourage study and research in genealogy and local history. To this end, the Society sponsors programs designed to provide information and continuing education on genealogy research topics.
The Society has an active fund raising campaign, including Spring and Fall Seminars, and duplicate book sales on Ebay (see Bulletin Board). All monies are used to pay for the Society’s educational programs and for the purchase and donation of books and periodicals to the Genealogy & Local History Collection of the Carlsbad City Georgina Cole Library.
As the Society is a non-profit organization incorporated in the State of California, contributions made to the NSDCGS may be income tax deductible. If you would like to support the Society, please consider joining.
