Unless otherwise specified, all events are free and open to the public – no reservations needed.
Teri Callahan, DIG Co-Chair, will be presenting videos and work sessions dedicated to using the Genome Mate Pro software program to track DNA matches. The videos and work sessions will be interleaved to provide maximum guidance for setup, data loading, and application of the information that results from use of Genome Mate Pro.
Attendees should bring a laptop loaded with the current version of Genome Mate Pro, have uploaded their raw DNA to GedMatch.com (at least 5 days in advance of the class) and saved their gedcom to a file. Detailed Instructions will be sent in advance to individuals on the DIG mailing list. If you are not on the DIG mailing list and wish to be, send your request to DIG@nsdcgs.org.
