Genealogy is Religion and Politics presented by Bill Graham
Bill Graham will present in person
Presentation will be recorded; available indefinitely
Virtual attendees – registration available later
Presentation is about how religion and politics affected his family over the last 250-350 years. When he started preparing this PowerPoint he had no idea that religion and politics was a major factor in the lives of his ancestors. Also, he will talk about the methods he used, which include phone calls, emails, and googling.
Bill was born in Erie, Pennsylvania. He lived in the states of New York, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Indiana, and Illinois before coming to San Diego in 1977. Bill spent two years at Penn State University and four years at Kent State University. He graduated with a five-year degree in architecture. After army training, he got a job in Chicago and obtained his Illinois architectural license. The southwest was a big attraction, so he came to San Diego and got his California architectural license.
Family and history are important to him. Creating artwork is a way for him to relax. Usually, it is pastel or watercolor medium.
