Anyone who has an interest in genealogy may join NSDCGS.
Membership in the Society includes:
- A subscription to Paths to the Past, a monthly newsletter that includes information about upcoming programs, activities, fund raising events, and a quarterly update of the Cole Library Genealogy Division recent acquisitions.
- Access to digital copies of speaker handouts.
- Access to video recordings of past Society meetings and lectures (when available).
- Member-only events, such as the new Out on a Branch chat series.
- Eligibility to apply for the Shirley Borden Scholarship Award (must be a member of the Society for two years prior to applying)
The membership year runs from January to December and is $30 for an individual membership or $40 for a family membership. Lifetime memberships are also available. New members who join after October 1 are given memberships through the following calendar year. For more information, email us at membership@nsdcgs.org.
